Order Processing

All orders placed on https://zynqoro.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we will always communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Destinations

Zynqoro LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from the time it is placed. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey directly from the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather events, national holidays, or carrier operational issues. If your order is significantly delayed, or if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information, including your full address and contact details, is accurate and complete at checkout. Zynqoro LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zynqoro LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide confirmation of delivery, tracking information, and carrier details for the customer to investigate with the relevant shipping carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if you suspect your package has been misplaced or stolen after delivery.
