Return and Refund Policy
At Zynqoro LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality essential oils and a positive shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return Due to the nature of our products (essential oils) and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zynqoro.com or call us at 14017734073 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Return Shipping Zynqoro LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email. Please package your item securely using the original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
5. Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
6. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email of the receipt and the status of your refund after completing the inspection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Afterpay or Klarna) within a certain number of business days, typically 5-10 business days after approval. The timing of when the refund appears on your statement may vary based on your payment provider’s policies.
7. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you desire.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zynqoro.com or 14017734073. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us assist you faster.
9. Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders within 1-2 business days of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
10. Payment Methods For your convenience, Zynqoro LLC accepts Afterpay and Klarna for all purchases.
11. Shipping Limitations Please note that Zynqoro LLC currently only ships to addresses within the United States.
