At Zynqoro, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every pair of shoes we sell. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent refund and return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are still attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at infozynqoro@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps and return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Zynqoro is not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to offer free exchanges (one time per order) for eligible items. Contact us at infozynqoro@gmail.com to arrange your exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Then contact us at infozynqoro@gmail.com for further assistance
